Our Inspiration

We are inspired by people just like Sandy here, who has found so many new pleasures in life after becoming active and experiencing exercise like she had never experienced before with our Defy Aging program.  

We understand that exercise for those over the age of 50 has never been in the spotlight. In fact, it’s common for today’s Baby Boomers to have never been part of an exercise routine before; it wasn’t promoted as a necessity, and commonly THEIR parents were not exactly fitness role models. However as more and more research begins to prove just how many benefits that exercise has on our bodies as we get older, we are inspired by those of you who break through the barriers and try something new!

We are inspired by our clients who come to us with the exciting news that they have gotten off of their blood pressure medication, diabetes medication, heart medication, etc…. after making regular exercise a part of their life. 

When it’s snowing outside so you stay in to avoid the slippery sidewalks. When you cancel a vacation because the plane ride is too long. When you can’t play with your grandchildren because you can’t move fast enough. When you stop seeing friends and family because you don’t have the energy to go out. We are inspired by the ones who decide “Enough is enough” and take action to reverse these woes.

Defy Aging isn’t a program to get you ready for the Olympics. Instead we offer safe, fun, yet challenging exercise routines to help you in the areas listed above, and many more. Each individual has their own personal reason for taking steps to improve their life. No matter what your reason, we are inspired by you, and it is our ultimate goal to see you live your best life possible.
